Stop Fraud Colorado - Brought to you by the Colorado Attorney General’s Office: The Colorado Attorney General is dedicated in protecting Colorado consumers and businesses against fraud by upholding the various laws designed to maintain a fair and competitive business environment while protecting consumers from being targets of fraud. Whether scammers are attempting to concoct elaborate investment schemes, to bait-and switch advertising, to lender and elderly fraud, the various Criminal and Civil Units within the office are devoted to keeping Coloradans safe.

Colorado Secure Savings Program - Brought to you by the Colorado Department of the Treasury. In 2019, SB19-173 created the Colorado Secure Savings Board in the Office of the State Treasurer to study the costs to the state of insufficient retirement savings and 3 approaches to increasing retirement savings in Colorado. The board found that a state-facilitated automatic enrollment individual retirement account program is the best option for Colorado and recommended the establishment of such a program, coupled with the greater use of financial education tools in the state. In furtherance of the board's recommendation, SB20-200 directs the board to create and implement the Colorado Secure Savings Program.
