The Colorado Jump$tart Coalition has combined its Board and Partners meetings since the initial meeting in 2003. The coalition meets six times annually during the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November. The annual meeting where new officers and board members are elected is held in September. Meetings are scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month. A meeting schedule is distributed at the annual meeting and is subject to change. Updated meeting information is displayed on the home page of the website.
Meetings are open to the public and are usually held at the Daniels Fund, 101 E Monroe, Denver, Colorado. Free parking is available in the lot just west of the building.
A meeting reminder and draft agenda are emailed one week prior to the scheduled meeting. Meeting packets are emailed two days prior to the scheduled meeting. RSVPs are strongly encouraged. Individuals unable to attend in person are encouraged to call-in using the free conference line.
A 30-minute orientation is offered before each meeting from 2:30 p.m. to 2:55 p.m. at the same location where the meeting is being held.
